Unless the product ordered by you has been shipped or delivered, your order
of the incorrect price/detail will not be acceptedand Noyland will have the right
to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using
the e-mail address provided by you during the time of purchase, or cancel the
order and notify you of such cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Noyland reserves the right to cancel certain orders in case of being unable to
fulfill the order due to limited quantity of products available for retail,
inaccuracies in product’s details or pricing errors, or any other reasons.We will
inform you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional
information is required to accept your order. In case the product offered by
Noylandis not as described or has damaged, you may request a refund within
30 days after receiving the item. You must return the product in its unused
condition. You will be refunded the exact amount you paid for the purchase
within 10 business daysafter the returned productis delivered to us (the seller)
and the return reason (mentioned above) is verified by Noyland.Please be
informed that in case of return(for any return reason other than damaged
product) youare responsible to pay for shipping costs.
